As a career coach, she specializes in working with individuals looking to make a career transition. She brings deep subject matter expertise and a collaborative style to help individuals navigate the job search through resume development, social presence. networking and interview coaching.
Prior to founding the firm, Lisa spent over 25 years in the Human Resources field leading a variety of functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee development, human resources systems and human resources services. In her most recent role, she served as head of Global Human Resources Shared Services for Manulife and John Hancock.
Lisa is a Certified Advanced Professional Director of the American College of Corporate Directors and currently serves as a member of the Outreach Committee for the South Shore Conference for Women. She is a certified practitioner of Hogan and Facet 5 Personality Assessments. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the International Association of Professional Women. Over the years she has attained her compensation certification from World at Work and her SPHR from the Society for Human Resources Management. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bridgewater State University . She has served as a mentor for young professionals and a service trip leader for the Appalachia Service Project.
When she is not focusing on the needs of her clients, she is a wife and mom who advocates for women’s issues and diabetes.
